It's really unusual for a SOHO router to "block" a particular DNS request - usually it's something you have to "go out of your way" to do. ![]() If you are outside the USA, just bear in mind he is US based so doesn't bother with much (if any) ISP supplied kit from other territories, and the exact spec of the after kit may vary a little between USA and other parts of the world, though often it's just down to the PSU/plug and a few tweaks in the Wi-Fi radio channels, and so forth.
